Returns

• We are happy to provide returns/exchanges within 30 days of your original order shipment date. Please mail your item back to us at the address below and make sure and include the original 6-digit order number that appears on the top of the invoice. It makes life easier if you write the order number on the outside of the returned package. Mail to:

EXCHANGES:

1. We only offer exchanges for the same design in a different color or size.
2. Item must be in new condition.
3. Please include a check or money order payable to 99 Volts to cover the return shipping of sending the exchange to you using the following pricing scale for the exchange: Single T shirt $6, two to four T Shirts $8, Sweatshirt $8, Hooded Sweatshirt $8. For quantities over four T Shirts please contact us for a shipping estimate.

 

RETURN FOR REFUND:

1. Refunds will be processed less the shipping amount 99 Volts paid to handle and ship the item to you. Generally, the refund will be for the price of the item less from $4 to $8.
