How fast will I receive my item?
We usually ship the same day for any order placed by 12 PM EST. All orders ship using the US Postal Service and are generally delivered 3-5 business days after shipment.

What type of shirts do you use?
We use a heavyweight 100% cotton 6.1 oz t-shirt (except for gray, which contains 10% polyester). Men's, kids and women's regular fit shirts are pre-shrunk to make sure your size is maintained throughout several washings with a classic fit, meaning it is not form fitted in the sides. The women's baby doll shirts are extremely small and form fitting (like a junior shirt) so please check out sizing chart to estimate the size you will need. Hoodies and sweat shirts are 50% cotton and 50% polyester.
Can I exchange or return my item?
Sure. Please email us at contact@99volts.com and include your order number and we will provide the details on a return or exchange.
I live outside the USA. Do I have to pay duties or customs fees?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. We have no control over the fees that may be charged by the destination county and the fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.
